Prices
We use fixed prices excluding VAT. Depending on where you are, VAT is calculated and the price is shown both without VAT and with applicable local VAT. You can choose to display prices in SEK, EURO, DKK, NOK, USD, CAD and GBP. We convert the other currencies to SEK daily.In case of any price changes in the shop, the price that applies at the time of the customer's order will apply. In case of obvious price errors, we have the right to cancel the order.
Information
To shop at Rubank Verktygs AB you must be 18 years old, otherwise you must have a parent's approval to shop. Orders placed in the name of another person without their consent, or in any other way that causes us to suffer financial or other damage will be reported to the police. We try to convey as fair and informative images of our products as possible, but we reserve the right to make printing errors, errors in information, and errors in specification, on all products and services included in our range. All pictorial information on our pages should be regarded as illustrations, nor can we guarantee that the picture represents the exact appearance of the goods.
Order confirmation
An automatic order confirmation will be sent to the e-mail address provided when placing the order. The order number on this confirmation should always be quoted when contacting us regarding your order. Before placing your order, please check that the e-mail address provided is correct, as all information will be sent via it. We will also send an SMS to the telephone number provided, which will also indicate the e-mail address provided. In case of an error, please contact us immediately, so we can change it. Please be aware that emails can end up in spam folders.
Delivery time
Rubank Verktygs AB ships orders continuously and under normal circumstances your order will be shipped within 1-2 business days. We only sell products that we have in stock (unless otherwise stated with the product), but should a product be temporarily out of stock, we will see if we can send a complete order within a reasonable time, otherwise we will send the remaining order and what is left will be sent separately when the product is back in stock. Rubank Verktygs AB is not responsible for delays caused by the Post Office or shipping companies.
Unclaimed package
We reserve the right to charge 300 SEK for uncollected packages/goods to cover return freight and handling costs. We will refund the excess amount to the same method of payment made at the time of order. If the order value is less than 300 SEK, no refund will be made.
Shipping cost
You will see the shipping cost in your shopping cart before you confirm your order. We use 'Calculate VAT on shipping proportionally'. The VAT you pay is shown at checkout.
DHL Service Point
The order is shipped with DHL Service Point within Sweden.
If you are logged in, you get a 10% discount on the shipping cost at DHL Service Point up to an item value of 3000 SEK ex VAT and free shipping above that. Some products are exempt from free shipping. The information text shows which products are exempt from free shipping.
Some products that make the package longer than 120cm, are classified as bulky and have an additional shipping cost of 119kr ex VAT. The information text shows which products have bulky shipping.
DHL Parcell Connect
We can't choose if the delivery goes to your home address or if it goes to a PO Box or Service Point.
If you are logged in, you get a 10% discount on the shipping cost at DHL Parcell Connect up to an item value of 3000 SEK ex VAT and free shipping above that. Some products are exempt from free shipping. The information text shows which products are exempt from free shipping.
DHL Parcell Connect ships to the rest of the Nordic countries (excluding Iceland), the Baltic States and large parts of the EU. An additional customs fee of 110kr ex VAT will be charged for deliveries to Norway and Åland, this only applies to costs related to customs handling on the Swedish side. Other customs costs / VAT in the recipient country are paid by the customer / recipient.

TNT Freight
Other parts of the world are shipped with TNT or PostNord, the freight is communicated before delivery and must be paid together with the rest of the order before the order is shipped. Please use the payment method "Collect payment later", see information below under Payment methods.
DHL Paket
Swedish companies can choose DHL Paket, for direct delivery. Private individuals can use this shipping method but with an extra cost of 35kr ex VAT.
PostNord
As a logged in user you can also choose PostNord for delivery within Sweden.
Sent as a letter
Some smaller products can be sent as normal mail. Max 10 products/order for letter delivery. Only Sweden.
Collection
If you choose "Pickup From Store" instead of delivery with a shipping, it means that you come to us in Farsta and pick up your products. If you choose wrong, the delivery will be sent against the current freight price, paid in advance. For orders that are "not picked up" for more than 6 months, the order will be cancelled and no refund will be made.
The shipping price is inclusive of packaging.
Complaints
If an item is defective, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. We check all items before delivery. A detailed description must be sent to Rubank Verktygs AB. Do not forget to leave your name, phone number and order number. Shipping damage is reported to the post office where the goods were collected.

All images and illustrations on Rubank Verktygs AB are protected by copyright and we ask you to respect this. This website uses cookies but does not save any personal data. According to the Electronic Communications Act, everyone who visits a website must be informed about what cookies are used for. A cookie is a small text file that is stored on your computer when you visit a website. The next time you visit the site, your browser can use it to display the pages according to your preferences. If you do not want to allow cookies to be stored on your computer and turn off the function, the page will not be displayed correctly and you will not be able to shop with us.
Right of withdrawal / Open purchase / Right of exchange
According to the Distance Contracts Act, you have the right to cancel your purchase or exchange your goods within a period of 14 days after you have received your package. Please note that the right of exchange/open purchase does not apply when you buy from our sale range. Always contact us before returning your item and specify the item in question. The buyer is responsible for the return freight in the event of a cancellation or exchange and the item must be unused and in the same condition as it was when it was delivered. The customer pays the cost of the return freight and the freight charges made by Rubank Verktygs AB. This also applies to labels, bags etc.
Personal data:
Rubank Verktygs AB protects your customer data according to GDPR. We do not save any data more than what is needed to process the order. What is saved is Name, Address, Phone number, Email address, Products and IP number (date and time). We only pass this information on to shipping and payment companies. In view of the new EU regulation that VAT must be paid at the VAT rate of your own country, we do a check using IP numbers (and location services if you agree.) to show the correct VAT rate for the products. This information is stored only for the time you visit the e-commerce pages or for a maximum of 24 hours.The General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation (EU) No 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council), abbreviated GDPR, is a European regulation aimed at strengthening the protection of living, natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data within the European Union.
Payment method
If you are a company registered in the EU, you can enter your VAT number at the checkout and receive a VAT-free order. Does not apply to Swedish companies. Select the customer group EU VAT Companies.
Swish
We use an automatic Swish. You use your swish app and photograph a QR code. This is the default payment method. Only valid for Sweden.
Account/Credit card
We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, American Express, JCB, Unionpay, Applepay, Googlepay, Diners Club and Discovery via Stripe. Purchases in EUR, USD, NOK, DKK, CAD and GBP are made in SEK at checkout.
Invoice payment
We only offer invoice payment to municipalities, regions, schools and other similar businesses. Not to private individuals or companies.
Invoice payment terms are 10 or 30 days. If payment is not made by the due date of the invoice, a late payment charge (traders) will be levied, as well as the costs of reminders and debt collection as required by law. Interest on arrears is charged at a rate of 2 % per month.
When placing an order, please state in the comments section how the invoice is to be sent and any other information we need to send the invoice.
Other payment
If you choose this payment method, we will send you a link that you must pay before we send the order. If the order is not paid within 30 days, it will be cancelled.
If you are not able to pay by Swish (Sweden) or by Card via the link, you can make a deposit/bank transfer to us. Please state the order number and name when paying.
